I'm sure like everyone else I cheer for the underdog in most cases where the FA Cup is concerned but today I really hope Spurs inflict a defeat so heavy on Millwall that it makes the front pages of every newspaper in the world a defeat so embarrassing that everyone connected to that poxy little club dies away never to return.

Spurs have taken away the advertising hoarding in the away end...

Stewards wearing hard hats. Lots of pre-match tweets of violence. Hope Sperz pagger them.

Sad thing is that there will be Millwall fans at this game, who ran riot at Wembley, without consequence.

I must admit, there's part of me hoping their fans kick off on national TV. Maybe something will be done about them then.

    Part of you?

I hope they start a full on riot, broadcast live around the world.

But then it would probably be Tottenham's fault for insufficient stewarding and making the seats too easy to break and throw, and the met's fault for not arresting the Tottenham players for incitement (by being better than millwall).

For a set of fans that are involved in nasty incidents season after season, they must be really unlucky, as it's apparently never anything to do with them.

Look at Wembley, the Barnsley fans were only in the top tier to cause trouble as we had sold no tickets up there. An argument carrying a lot of weight other than for the fact it was completely wrong.

Didn't stop millwall using the argument though.

The FA are frightened to death of them for some reason - must be, there can be no other explanation.

What a ******* vile club. Absolutely despise them. Thing is, they are such a no mark club they would get no more coverage than Leyton Orient if they weren't such lovely people.

The millwall lads we used to play football against for the supporters club were a great set of lads, as was a millwall fan I bumped into recently that was throughly ashamed of their fans and reputation.

On the other hand I spoke to many of their fans on facebook after the play off final, and the concensus amongst many of them (and we're talking middle aged women amongst them) was that if you provoke them they are fully entitled to act.

I don't class celebrating goals and singing songs as provocation, certainly not enough to run half way around the stadium to fight.

Bloke on radio said that if they had any respect for their club then they wouldn't persist in tarnishing it's image, but half of them don't go to the bread and butter games so they don't give a ****.

Been at the game. Told by Met it was their biggest football operation for 25 years. Very well dealt with in ground - double line of segregation; police & stewards. A lot of coin-throwing in second half and some shocking racist abuse towards Son. Didn't see those pre-match flashes.

I've just seen footage of a spurs fan goading millwall as they walked past, and getting a thump for his trouble.
