I'd rather they underestimated us. It's going to be tight!

Their biggest concern should be the amount of point they keep dropping.

One reckons we were terrible against them, and that they could have had double figures!

Other than that, it makes for good reading.

I prefer it if our opponents don't fancy us. That way, it takes some pressure off
us and we can diligently just get on with amassing as many points as possible.
With each passing week, my optimism is increased in the belief that we can at best
make the automatics, or at worst, the play offs. Watched Huddersfield lose 0-3
today against Man City. They looked doomed and seem to be knockers to be in the
Championship next term. We will in my view , have to invest in better players if
we do go up and want to ultimately have a tilt at promotion to the Premiership ,because as
we know, the financial advantage enjoyed by the three Clubs who are eventually relegated is massive
and will at least give them a head start in recruitment , to ensure they can achieve
    promotion back to the Premiership.

Can someone tell me What is the financial reward for promotion (and/or winning the title) from League 1 to Championship? I know it must be much less than Premiership to Championship parachute payment (daft when failure gets more cash than winning the League) but that is how it is.

Relegation was said to have cost us 6 million through reduction in tv revenue, expected gate decreases and prize money if I remember rightly.

So the reverse depending on any marginal increase.

If we go about our business as we did yesterday I can’t see anybody getting near us tbh .
I can’t see how we would go back to being nervy and unable to break teams down tbh I think we’ll be top two maybe just maybe Champions.
    Would love it .

I think it looks like two from five, but I'm not brave enough to go any further than that!

I was referring more specifically to the 'prize money' rather than the general 'alleged increase' in higher League gate receipts etc (based on current League 1 form increasing gates compared to abysmal relegation bound Championship performances where gate receipts could well be much lower)
