    35 minutes in and BBC summary shows no mention of Barnsley having one attempt a goal with 0 shots 0 on target and only 30% possession. That said baggies only had 5 shots and 2 shots on target. Can only assume it is turgid middle-of-the-park stuff.

    You beat me to it , having watched the reds for well over 60 years that is with out a doubt the worst penalty decision I have ever seen, it was great defending

    Very very poor decision its not like the ref wasn't in a good position.
    I think the official will be disappointed with that when he sees that back.

    I doubt it, the arrogance of some ref's is astounding. In my opinion they are offered far too much protection and should be held more accountable for their decision making.

    appalling decision. he should be asked to explain that after the game. dreadful. even the baggies commentators called it straight away.

    I don’t think he’ll be the least disappointed, they don’t give a **** and it’s only li’l old Barnsley nobody cares. As already said, the standard of officiating has been poorer than ever this season and that’s going some
