    Bought the DVDs some years back. Very educational. One of my favourite performances is by Focus, but some cracking stuff on there.

    There’s some songs I’m not bothered about when I listen on radio but watch the old grey whistle tests performances and it’s a different story

    Agreed. Doesn't matter what genre of music it is, it's just good to see people doing their stuff live.

    True but there was a special thing between the artists and whispering Bob that only the old grey whistle test could bring out imo

    Bob was just appreciative of everything, more people should be as chilled as him

    Not too sure of his leanings towards country music though. I can leave most of that well alone.

    I like all types even country ,just love Raul Malo’s voice of the Mavericks.
    One of the standout performances on OGWT of which there were many was the Motors “Dancing The Night Away “
