    As gutted as some of em will be in the dressing room, I’m sure there’ll be some who’ll be thinking they could’ve left a bit more out there. A game where we needed everyone to step up a notch.

    We should be a lot more attractive for potential signings than 12 months ago. Dike won't be back, Mowatt likely to go but Styles can move into the middle. I just pray big Val stays :)

    Yep, vertical football will only get you so far. We look so much better with it on the floor and are more than a match for anyone in this league.

    What a season! But gutting we just didn’t give that extra push against an average Swansea side.

    i suspect Mowatt and dike will go, but hopefully we can keep the rest together, make 3-4 quality additions and go again!

    I understand what you're saying but how many minutes did Swansea turn up for? They scored from a horrible mistake by Helik and a poor clearance from Collins which defined the result, they certainly haven't out played us.

    I personally think Mowatt was always going (unless we went up). DD destined for much bigger things. We just put him in the shop window. I agree with you though. Keeping hold of Big Val is key

    They didn't outplay us, but they did the job they had to do. And they've taken their loss in the play off finals last year to make sure they don't do the same this.

    Over the 2 legs we didn’t do enough - with a bit of luck we could have got out of the first leg with a draw but Swansea played a “professional” game which only a more savvy approach could have countered.

    Agreed. As much as he’s been a revelation since joining us, he’s been virtually none existent in arguably the 2 biggest games of the season. TBF to him though, so have many others.
