    the bloke is not in any type of mental turmoil. he is a devient who preys on children. he has shown no remose. His only regret reading his statement is getting caught in the act. Peado's will take the level of abuse to different levels to feed their desires. He will abuse again. The only people in mental tourmoil and ho are the only people to be given the time or day are the children in the images he downloaded. Not Chris Corke.

    Talking to CC you just wouldn't think anything bad of the guy. Depends how much you talk to him.</p>


    He's a well spoken intelligent bloke.Agreed but doesn't preclude anyone from also being a horrible ****.</p>


    But obviously there's something seriously wrong and he needs medical attention. Medicine can't alter his sexual preferences or his narcissistic personality.</p>


    Remember, a large percentage of people that go into this sort of thing have had some bad experience done to them when they were children themselves. That's just not true mate.</p>


    The latest revelations has put many people in a very awkward position. I don't think they have anything to aplogise for as long as we're clear that we're not talking about the forgiving V the unforgiving but rather the gullibleV the.....er....ungullible.

    its not about leniency though.

    Its about correction and sentancing.

    I would much rather someone spent 10 years in a corrective institution and came out no harm to children than someone who was locked in a cell for 25 years, yet came out with exactly the same moral values they went in with, and committed the same crime again.

    He used to post here and on the old BBS (he belonged to the site admin team there) and write match reports on the official site under the name of Tommy Tyke.
    He was convicted of possessing indecent images of underage girls three years ago, but that time he got away with just community service (I think?), but he got caught again of the same thing earlier this year.

    It doesn't make me feel any ******* better, duped in big time!

    Sometimes you have to just hold your hands up and say you've got it wrong, and a few of us did with this situation. There's no defence at all now for having let him socialise with us after the first conviction, however hindsight is a wonderful thing, and at no point did I personally ever condone what he did even slightly. But there was a bigger picture, and unfortunately only the people involved will know what that was.

    I remember walking him down to the ground for his first game "back", taking stock of all the glaring eyes in case there was any trouble, should have stood back and encouraged it to happen.

    Looking in from the outside I must quite rightly look like an absolute lovely person, certainly feel like one.
