    Sure the stewards working in a ground part owned by the man in question won't say no. In the north stand all home fans can see it. If it's put in the East Stand those in the upper and lower by the legends corner have zero chance of seeing it in all its glory with it stuck in a corner like a naughty school kid. It would be better to look at behind that goal than the empty seats it would help cover.
