Just looking at a few negative threads on here.
    It's not all bad.
For a start - there's been a sea change at the club - we are no longer giving players away.
Which is something I've been complaining about for years.
And there's a far far better strategy of which player to recruit.
I'm sure we will start the season with a squad of exciting players.
Let's hope Hecky can mould them into a team.

My concern now - still surrounds players contracts - because as I've posted just recently - the players are all signing 3 year contracts - so what happens in 2 years time when ALL the contracts are up in a years time?
Do we have another fire sale of all our best players?
How can we build a successful team on that ???

It's a tough one. If players are 18months into a 3 year contract, and playing well, they'll know there is a likelihood of them being subject to offers, and they won't extend.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it and it's agent sign a contract extention.

Should negotiate 2 years with an option on a third on some players...
