Looks like McDonald is going to struggle getting back into the team. Did we aught to be looking towards a new outfield captain?

I think it's a burden to Davies, he's too quiet, vocally, but in the main, has been our only guaranteed starter.
Apparently Yiadom was first choice, over McDonald, but he was want away at the start of the season so didn't get it for that reason.
I just hope that any midfielder that we sign on a perm, this window, has captain qualities. The lads performed brilliantly, as a team, yesterday, but you just can't see any leadership on the pitch.

Definitely we need to appoint a new captain but other than Lyndsay and pinnock who further forward is a definite starter but not a loan player, there isn't one which shows a slight problem.

We need a leader on the pitch. Davies just isn't vocal enough.
