One of the bungees holding the flag in place has snapped. Things can only get better.

 

Sod the scoreboard and advertising boards not working it's the bloody team that needs to start working and quickly.

 

Just for clarification quite a lot of the board's in front of the ponty end went off yesterday pre match for around 5 minutes with the ads moving halfway round the pitch and then going blank. They were fixed and then a section in front of the north stand went blank instead for a while before that too was fixed

 

Is this going to be a regular feature SuperTykes Minority Advertising Board Report . I can’t wait for the end of season pixel reveal

 

For two matches they have had an electronic scoreboard on the subs bench and for two games running they have struggled to get it to work. The first half it was a couple of minutes out so they shifted it out of sight and then decided a few minutes later to put it back where it was but the time hadn't been changed to the correct one, so when first half injury time went up it still said 43 minutes.

 

The ad boards all seemed fine to me.

Maybe we should have the minutes played circling around the ad boards instead?

 

Yesterdays scores:
Main scoreboard: 0/10. Zero effort from the 'big' man, never even tried to come on.
TVs under the concourses: 10/10 a huge improvement from last season. Have grown in stature immensely and really come into their own.
Perimeter advertising: 7/10. Got off to a shaky start but improved as the game went on. Didn't look to tire at all in the final 10 minutes.
Mini clock: 3/10. Has no presence at all, you probably wouldn't notice if it wasn't there. Was all over the place in the opening minutes and got hauled off before full time.

 

Decent attempt but needs to be a little more compact.

 

The mini clock is actually a sub. If we're ever 1 up wi 10 to go he's gonna throw it on to run the clock down.

Maybe we’re asking the away treats to bring a scoreboard, because we won’t be scoring any goals to keep count of.

 

The scoreboard and ground in general are an embarrassment there’s no hiding from that but it won’t get sorted while the ground ownership issues remain.

 

Could we not utilise the electronic advertising hoardings to display a clock? Maybe just in the west stand corner of both the north and south stands so as not to lose prime advertising space?
