Transfer Deadline Day - Just Want To Clarify

This is more to make people aware of the changes this year as we move to within one week of the Permanent Transfer Deadline.
Hopefully avoid arguments or disagreements

When is the Permanent transfer deadline for incoming players?
Thursday 9th August at 17:00

Can Players still be transferred out after this deadline?
Yes they can as long as it is to a league where the deadline is still open!

Can we sign players on loan after Thursday 9th August?
Yes, but only up to 31st August, this can also be with an option to sign permanently in the next window (January)

What about Free agents?
As long as they became free agents before 31st August, they can be signed at any time.
