He says in yesterdays Chronicle " Hammill will play when he gives me what the teams needs."
Goes on to say " I would like to speak about the players who were involved but I have no problems
to say that Adam is a player in our squad. On the day that he will give me what the team needs and he will give
something that will help the team, I will be very happy to use him like anyone else in the squad."

Playing our best centre forward in many different positions in the same match, but none of them as a centre forward is mental. Thinking that Mamadou Nill is a football player. All this backwards and square ball tactics such as what happened for the Millwall first. Hoof ball tactics.

So all foreign managers have worked with better players so dont know how to manage rubbish ones? Is that what you were getting at? Just struggling to understand.

Foreign managers in this country, yes the majority of them have, especially Jose.

You mentioned the foreign managers in the premier league, just look at the players they are working with and have worked with, and look at the tactics they employ. Very cultural. You can't do that with our squad, who are made up of lower league players. So to get the best out of this squad, we need to go back to basics.
