Not sure if we are ultra far left, or just pedants pointing out the stupidity of the words out of your keyboard.
4.8% in the 2011 census. So similar to the Netherlands.

Erdegan and his governments actions over the last couple of weeks though are doing their dammedest to prove him right.

Violent pro turkey protests in the netherlands.
Pro turkey protests in sweden and germany.
Getting involved in the bulgarian elections.
    Demanding oveeseas turks breed
    Demanding holy war.
The continual blowing up of kurds.

The protests and attitudes of turks in holland is the reason why Rutte had to chage his stance on issues regarding immigration and intergration to avoid being battered by Wilders.

And yet no one has mentioned the Denk party... and their ties.

    Leftist checking in.

Nobody's going to hear me say a good word about Erdogan. I'm friends with a number of progressive turkish and kurdish people, and I well know that he's an absolute menace. But I don't think he's anywhere near powerful enough to seriously threaten other countries, and it should go without saying that in order to be against Erdogan you don't have to be for the far right. I do perfectly well standing against him from my position on the left. The same goes for sharia law, FGM, homophobia and any number of other major issues I have with certain segments of the muslim community.

I also have absolutely no time for the cultural relativists or liberal apologists for such things. There is a coherent stance which rejects both cultural relativism and the kind of nasty, authoritarian nationalism that is too often held up as its only alternative.

That's good to hear but unfortunately you're in a minority on the left.

If the Incas were still around they would be defending their child sacrifices and saying that we must respect their culture.

When did I mention the worlds irreplaceable resources? I mentioned the green party economic policy which is terrible and would destroy this countries economic outlook completely. Stop misquoting!

i'm fairly centre ground to be fair. Just like to see common sense approaches not extreme views from either left nor right, neither of those groups are willing to compromise their views whereas I am.

Marie Le Pen is solidly socialist on most issues.

Since cutting immigration would boost wages for the lowest paid in the UK that should be part of socialist policy as well.

Cutting immigration would lead to an increase in taxation, thereby reducing the wages paid to all workers in the UK.
