It appears I read an article which spoke about her father and what appears to be his second wife, for that I apologise.

Exactly. For reasons that deserve a different thread the British justice system has been championed recently as some saintly bastion, why not let it do it’s work.

Apology not needed. I too was initially confused reading various sources particularly one saying she was the only daughter when she has a sister (turns out to be a half sister.) Perhaps that is where a lot of confusion over whether she could legitimately be regarded as having dual citizenship has arisen leading to all these comments about legality of actions by the Govt.

If she has committed crimes in Syria, could she even be tried over here?

If I go to a moderate, liberal state like the UAE for example, and drink alcohol, would I be tried for this crime once I return home?

I did read recently that it is now possible to prosecute a British person for a crime overseas, *even* if that action is legal in that country. This means that someone could go to Nigeria (age of consent 11) and get married to a 12 year old and be prosecuted on their return to the UK for underage sex.

Let the Syrian judicial system sort her out. If I committed a crime in say Mexico ( drug related) the British government would let me rot in there jails ( and rightly so)

Acording to Farage she could not be tried in this country until we come out of the EU as we have no laws seam to to remember him saying "when we leave we get back our Laws, Boarders and Money".

No she’s been stuck in an internment camp which is a dumping ground for the various brides of Isis and their offspring.

They won’t be arrested in Syria. More than likely strung up without trial or their best case just left to rot.

The number of ***** given by the Syrians or the Kurds is a big fat zero..

Yes because I have spent my life in the company of very conservative Muslims before getting swayed by the propaganda of the Isis machine moving to a caliphate which consistently preaches for the death of infidels and those they see as apostates.

I’ve also gone and married someone convicted in their absence of an attempted terrorist act of attacking a rock concert in their native country.

I’ve also spent years of my life in a country adhering to a docterine based on strict historical Islamic texts following the teachings of Mohammed to the letter wiping out or wanting to wipe out anyone who doesn’t follow the same teachings even other Muslims.

I’ve spent years supporting the attacking and wiping out Christian and other non following sects of Islam throughout the Middle East enslaving Women for sex slaves.

I’ve also championed the destruction of various note able middle eastern historical monuments because they offended mine and others devout beliefs.

I’ve gone and shown absolutely no regret for my actions other than getting caught knowing that I’ll either die in a camp or by an executioner for being part of an organisation that has inflicted ruin throughout the region.

    Otherwise we’ve loads in common.
