Mine was Mitchell's "Lancaster Bomber" in 1997, just before "Image Consultants" decided that premium real ales should be darker and sweeter. Just when it was perfect they changed it! Now brewed by Thwaites and I wouldn't wash the dog in it!

Best current pint is B & T for me, with Everard's Tiger close behind.

    Pint of Stella

Straight after the play off final in cardiff.

That pint tasted pretty sweet from some reason.

So good I was looking forward to the next pint before I was even 1/4 down the first.

    Perfectly kept, perfectly served.
I only had £5 on me and was overwhelmed with emotion upon the discovery it was just 78p a pint.

An Eastern version of Carlsberg I think, 7.5% anyway, just after I'd finished the Everest Marathon!
Just one had the effect of about six pints...
