A form of exercise that can be done more than once per day too. Does the guidance around being alone or with members of the same household still apply?

Working, both my wife and myself. Away from work, trying to keep the kids entertained, board games, done the gardens, reading a couple of books, walking and getting some cycling in.

Difficult to escape it though, we both work in healthcare. Wife in particular is finding it tough, came home last night in pieces from a 12 hr shift on her ward in Sheffield. The more I read from the medical journals, the more I get concerned.

    Stay safe everyone.

Well thanks a lot. After reading it's exempt from the exercise once a day limit I've just been outside to do it twice and got arrested. Thank you very much

Watched a stream on BT Sports today " Two Tribes". Excellent account about the rivalry between
Everton and Liverpool, interlaced with the Mersysound, the Toxteth Riots, Hillsborough, the Sun
newspaper and Thatchers conflict with Liverpool City Council over the setting of an illegal budget.
Would recommend it to anyone. Well worth a watch.

No change whatsoever during the day. Working from home as normal, as busy as normal. The only change is not going out as much on a weekend.
