    very 1980’s . Look at the state of that goalmouth/pitch. It’s worse than Oakwell!

    Week after Hillsborough Disaster if memory serves ........ Charity match.

    The one in the mock Celtic kit - which I despised - was 1988 - our first game for the reformed club. In the changing room before kick off, we suddenly realised we hadn't got a goalie. Instead of my normal #9 shirt, I volunteered for keeper for one game only .......... and ended up staying 3 years. A sign of how bad I was, I got 'most improved player' 3 years running. I must have been dogger at the beginning :)
