Danny McNamara and the rest of Embrace, UK Subs, Max Splodge, Davina McCall spoke to me at BB, Steve Perryman, Ronnie Glavin (been to his house a few times), Sam Nixon, Dickie Knobhead, that cowboy dude that stands in Times Square, Beef Burger Kid (went to Mapp School, he was on HP brown Sauce ad in 1983, his catchphase was 'shudup moaning and pass us sauce). I've seen a load of famous people, but i've spoken to these people.</p>

Prince Naseem at The Old Post Office, we once got stoned in LA with a footballer that played for LA Galaxy and another MLS club. We thought he was bullshitting until we went back to his apartment and he had Panini stickers of himself, he played with a few premiership stars including John Harkes. He took us to a strip club which was nice. I've met that women that was in the SAS who wrote a book and is quite famous. I've held and scanned a Adolf Hitler painting (not strictly meeting a celeb but it's as close as you can get). One of our customers is the original Tracy Barlow. I've talked on the phone with the Archbishop of somewhere or other who is famous. I've met a few military type who are propably famous. I've met a load of folks conected with BFC over the last 20 odd years through my dad being a journo.

I met Billy at a Kirsty Macoll gig.

I was at the bar with my mate and I said "thats Billy Bragg next to us", My mate said "nah it's not". billy turned round laughing and said "Your mates right, it is". We had a great night with him (he was on his todd giving his moral support to Kirsty - apparentlty she always had bad stagefright but a friendly face helped). We bought each other a few beers - a true gent.

RIP Kirsty sadly missed.

 

Once presented an award to David James (when he was at Watford), played cricket with Jim Love, went to Belgium with Emlyn Hughes, had a pint of guinness with Tim Burgess, knew Brandon Block to say to hello to in the 90's but nobody really famous ....for that you'd ask to ask ...Casper

of this board (and The Whale book) fame ... Mariah Carey, Danni Minougue, Graham Norton ...at that's the only ones's he shagged!
