given our lack of out and out strikers I certainly don't get the reluctance to give Schmidt at least 20/25 mins at the end

Only saw second half, but thought we were better side by quite a margin in it.

Yep the under 7s team comment was hilarious . Quite a few more gems.

They were talking as if Wigan were Man City and we were some non league (u7) team just running around trying hard.

I thought he looked well off the pace, gave the ball away numerous times and not strong enough. Opinions eh

Yeah they started with the guff in about the 25th minute and kept it up all game. It was almost as if they hadn’t done any homework on us at all!!

Sibbick played well. Anyone who says he didnt cant have been watching. They all made errors. MOTM was between Dimi and William's for me before Ben's rash tackle.

I was watching. I don’t think he is championship quality yet. He doesn’t look after the ball well enough and gets caught. Happened quite a few times. I’d love to be wrong and I will never get on one of our players’ backs but he looks way too raw to be playing championship football.

But he also intercepted and won a lot of balls. I'm not saying hes perfect but hes not as bad as you are making out

I like him. And we still haven't seen him in his proper position from the start yet.

I'm struggling seeing any quality in Wilks. He certainly seems fired up, but he gives the ball away almost every time he receives it, in every game so far.

I don’t think any of our players had a bad game today. I was really impressed with Sibbick and Williams, who I’ve been quite critical of in the past, until his sending off. Dimi was a rock and has to be first choice right back for me. It was also nice seeing Bahre get stuck in a lot today. A solid display from Marshall has prevented us from taking all 3 points. I didn’t think much to Wigan, apart from Lowe and Gelhardt when he came on, they’ll be down the bottom end this season
