There run minght be coming to a end as there next game is brentford but yeah I agree getting paid 20% could well have a effect

 

Interesting, what footballers are being paid affecting the way they play.

 

An unexpected drop in salary and worrying how many months it will go on for isnt conducive to a happy footballing side.

Can't seeing it doing much for team moral - imagine going into work on Monday and them saying we're only going to pay you for 1 of the 5 days you're working this week.

 

Pinnock would have played his knackers off for us on 3k a week if we would have told Brentford where to go with their 20k a week.

 

I was taking the piss mate, mainly at folk that think when a players had his head turned by a lucrative offer that they'll play exactly the same for us on pittance if we turn it down.

They’ll be earning less if they’re relegated. Presumably Wigan have been sensible enough to insert relegation clauses into their contracts.
