    I think we just need to be patient. I'm more than confident that we'll be safe this season & kick on next.

    Yes Hecky is developing someone else's player, but at the same time he (and the rest of the staff) are developing our own. If a lad from a premiership club reckons he's never learnt so much from a manager then that only makes me more confident.
