There's a few terms around them, you must have a good credit score, be a first time buyer and can't borrow more than your current rent. Just thought I'd pass on in case this is helpful at all. I live by the Canal where the sign shows to Sandown cattery. I go to virtually every home game and occasional away having been a supporter since 1956. I always pick up a pie from Wayne How's and its still warm by the time I get in Oakwell carpark. Usually set off about 1230.
