TBF he couldnt be dropped after Leeds gamw. Didnt look good though seeing him like that infront of goal.
I think every club is open to offers for all their players. They might make noises to the contrary, but if another club offers enough they'll listen.
Sounds like it, but I don't think that necessarily means good players will be available on the cheap. Unless they're on huge wages, which means the new club will have to offer something similar to tempt the players away, which seems unlikely.
I presume if they are really desperate to trim the wage bill they may be willing to enter into deals like Leeds supposedly did when they sold us McPhail, by continuing to pay a percentage of the player's wages after they have left.
Players like butland, Curtis Davies, murphy,Caldwell and a few others including some of the teenagers will attract a fee some description.
http://www.twohundredpercent.net/?p=21652 Birmingham are fecked. The directors are leeching every last penny they can out of the club. For every Watford there are at least two Birminghams, Blackburn, Portsmouth, Plymouth not to mention Bolton, Bristol City and I dont think the Fowls are in too great a state.
