    Well I did 15K today in 3hrs 36mins today, dunt know if that equates to a power walk but it did build a good thirst up.

    I'll be doing a steady 10 mile walk in the morning, Brown Cow at Bingley over the moors towards Haworth, Cullingworth and back to the Brown Cow for a couple of swift Timmy Taylor's.

    Same in Italy last week. Quite en vogue.

    My own beer. I've been brewing full mash beers at home now for 30 years and some of them are very good even if I say so myself. At the moment I'm supping a pint of Clarksons Old Brewery bitter that is one of Barnsley's lost beers. It's not been made since 1963 and is a 1956 recipe - it is so good!!
