    He won’t come here, he’ll have one eye on the Burnley job, if they get relegated it seems a perfect fit. If not then another Champ club will be in for him.

    It’s positive that we’re aiming for a British based coach though.

    Seems a good appointment to me. Over achieving with Cheltenham. Will have good contacts having been in the game as a player for many years, managed in league 1 before. Knows Devaney and plays a high energy 352 formation.

    Agree he may be a good appointment, not sure about the Devaney bit though.......how does anyone know that he would want to work with DIsco?......people just putting 2 and 2 together there for me. I would be quite happy if he fetched his own back room staff in if he were to get the job

    Imagine the melt down of Burnley fans appointing someone who finished 15th in league one and them potentially looking to bounce back to the prem. don’t honestly think another championship club would be looking at him yet either.
