I'm not sure that JAQ's response on Fanatics being the first of a multi-year deal provided quite the reassurance we were hoping for. How many people will be prepared to place a 2nd order through them, based on their experiences after the first? I've received countless emails recently offering 30% and 40% off new orders, but I can't say I'm tempted, particularly as we're starting from a higher starting price with all the fulfilment costs added at point of order.
