    And after asking for examples one of them was completely ignored, one they refused to actually say what went wrong and the other they claim is teething problems that you should expect

    I'm not sure that JAQ's response on Fanatics being the first of a multi-year deal provided quite the reassurance we were hoping for. How many people will be prepared to place a 2nd order through them, based on their experiences after the first?

    I've received countless emails recently offering 30% and 40% off new orders, but I can't say I'm tempted, particularly as we're starting from a higher starting price with all the fulfilment costs added at point of order.

    Eh? Someone asked about the Horsham game and refunds and Neerav says there's a board meeting tomorrow where they'll discuss that. Surely they should have had a board meeting after the fiasco anyway. Was it not discussed then? They can't have announced new CEO structures without having a meeting can they?
