    When Palmer was killed it was treated as a natural death at first...he'd had open heart surgery which somehow masked the bullet holes in his chest.

    If anybody likes history /period stuff I can recommend Wolf Hall on player. Very understated performance by Mark Rylance that works very well and interesting take on Tudor history to tell things largely from Cromwell's perspective.
