When Palmer was killed it was treated as a natural death at first...he'd had open heart surgery which somehow masked the bullet holes in his chest.
Gordon Parry, who he works alongside during the series is real though, which makes it all the more bizarre.
ITV X: Fight night: The million dollar heist. Slow start but really good towards the end From. Only two episodes in, really good so far. I think the place is twinned with Lundwood
If anybody likes history /period stuff I can recommend Wolf Hall on player. Very understated performance by Mark Rylance that works very well and interesting take on Tudor history to tell things largely from Cromwell's perspective.
I thought Guilt, the Scotch Bbc drama from a few years ago, was really good. Mark Bonnar was ace in the lead role, and you wanted to like him, but just couldn't really lol. And he played the officer Mackie (MacKay) character, in the short lived Porridge tv series remake. And at that time, does anybody remember another black comedy Bbc drama called Stag ?. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9644058/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_8_nm_0_in_0_q_guilt https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4845906/
Just finished series 3 of From. Fantastic show. If anyone liked Lost then you should like this show as well.
