Its going to be hard thats for sure, ive been there myself and ended up turning to booze, ive been sound for last 12yrs wen i met our lass, hes going to have to make things happen,theres plenty to do but if hes feeling sad aswell because hes lonely, makes it even harder, theyll be teams he can join at his local,i.e pool, darts,maybe metal detecting, fishing,like ive said plenty to do,but hes got to make things happen,i got lucky been there ended up drinking, he needs a partner,best way for him to meet someone, and i haven't a clue although i met our lass 12yrs ago on a night out.a wa his age at time, being lonely can catch anyone out.good luck to lad its gonna be tough but thankfully hes got someone like you to secretly help him, good on ya mate.
