In my opinion, whatever the reason for this shambles I would refuse to deal with Hull City ever again.
Facts, what facts? Men are being banned from leaving the house and EU lizards are impregnating our daughters with 5G tracker chips and you come on here talking about so called 'facts'?
Thats bizarre logic - we sign a contract with them and dont fulfil the terms and then are upset because Hull point to the term we broke. It would actually make more sense that Hull would refuse to deal with us
findings say nothing dishonest on the part of either club, Macdonald had an iron deficiency when transferred to hull, which apparently Barnsley did not mention, hull still owe reds £250,000 of transfer money, but yet we have to pay Hull a million, the mind boggles with the justice system. the clubs are not dishonest, but somebody in the FA or EFL must be if this result is fair
The contract had a clause in it saying that barnsley must disclose al medical conditions which could affect his ability to play football. We not only completely failed to do that but failed to even mention that clause to any of our medical staff.
All because we couldn't be arsed to draw up our own contract, or it would appear, read the contract they sent. And to think, this was actually our claim. I think as claims go, it can be best described by playing a clip of Bournemouth's first goal against us the other week.
I got round to reading the Judgment in full last night. Put it this way, if that was my case that I’d lead on, I’d be pretty mortified. It raises a few questions and I really hope we have learnt some lessons from the ordeal.
I’ve read it. Good grief. The words tinpot and embarrassing come to mind. What so called professional football club could be as blatantly negligent in regards to contractual diligence? Idiotic. This will cost the team at least one, probably two players - be they signings or ones we might have otherwise retained and won’t now, unless we achieve the improbable and go up. I hope the club puts out a public statement about this as we have been buying season tickets for over three weeks, apparently in record numbers, and it appears our hard earned money will now have to be used to pay for downright incompetence and not squad retention and improvement.
