    According to the commentator on 'Match Of The Day' (Sunday Night), the attendance was up by approx. 10,000 compared to last seasons match at Ewood Park, between Blackburn and Bolton W. .... allegedly due to the price reduction.</p>

    I don't know about permanently reducing prices, the club needs money and regardless of the prices big crowds will always come and see bigger matches. However, possibly some league matches should be re-categorised to allow for lower prices. Also, some "kids for a quid" matches might suit these fixtures.
