Been saying this for a few of weeks - we just seem to be making it up as we go along.
Started well today, some nice balls into the channels, Cole and Iseka linking things up, a bit of pressing. The second half we just revert to the passing to a player half a yard away to relinquish possession. Then hoofball.
    What is the plan?
    Possession? Pressing? Pass and move?
I have no clue what we are trying to do.
It looks like the players just don’t know what tactics they are playing to.
Where Collins used to control half the pitch, he now looks terrified to command his area.

As for man management - Schopp’s justification of Cole’s inclusion today was pathetic. He had an opportunity to build him up and failed. He shifted around the subject without answering the question. This after openly questioning Cole’s work rate. Terrible man-management.

What is he saying to our strikers when he plays a left back up front for weeks? What is he saying to Gomez, Hondermark when he puts a centre half in midfield?
He is utterly clueless. Has got to go.

Didn't see why Palmer went off and Sibbick brought on - couldn't work out who went where after that. Gomez was the obvious sub there but he doesn't seem to see the obvious

Because Palmer was crap with no effort apart from a couple of tackles near byline. Watch him game after game. Never wants the ball, never marks anybody when we defend just ambles aimlessly. No idea why Gomes wasn’t put on in his place though.

I'm really disappointed with Palmer. He's got so much talent but just goes thru the motions like he can't be arsed. He would be brilliant in Man city or Barcelona's midfield because nobody gets a challenge in but in the rough and tumble of the championship he's miles off the pace.
