its more than just some woman with a handbag. The the attidues shown now that are the problem from law and order to benefits.
RE: Parents, Parents, Parents I agree with you about the responsibility of parents, but why I am I culpable for society's problems. I've always workednever been in trouble with the law and we have brought our kids to respect teachers, the police etc...touch wood neither of them have been in trouble and both work in addition to their studies.
Social security should be a safety net, not a way of life. Personal responsibility should be encouraged... not 'no win no fee' type compensation culture.
Sorry but I'm fed up with chav culture and it's going to spoil our country

RE: Don't talk????..... Why not Conko? nt You're the one talking ****.... 'mate'??? what's that about ? Don't know you?
RE: Don't talk????..... Why not Conko? nt sorry no offence was intended to you! I was responding to the initial message regarding Thatcherism.
RE: Parents, Parents, Parents Chav culture and symptoms but not the disease. The disease is Capitalism and what we are seeing is what Marx predicted; Capitalism ultimately prviding the root of it's own destruction.
Another thing Children, with some parents are trophies, something that must be had like a new car. Once born they want rid. Get them to child minders (as long as the state pays), then get them to school. The foreign holiday, three times a year, nights out clubbing etc.etc. must come first. Time with the child will come a very poor second. I was fortunate that my Mother did not work through my childhood. I could read to the standard of today's 7 year old, tell the time and had a basic knowledge of arithmetic prior to going to school.
RE: Another thing My mum did work through my childhood, as long as teh time spent is quality time then thats not an issue.
Excuse me but.... Capitalism taught people that if they worked hard they gained, and if they wanted to sit on their fat arse then they shouldn't expect to get any help from people who could be bothered to better themselves. Labour have taught them that you can have all the nice things about capitalism but still get to sit at home and expect other people to subsidise them. The fault is that Labour can't see that lazy and thick people deserve the square root of f**k all and instead pamper them in case they get emotionally hurt by someone saying they should bloody well ge a job and take the entire country to the Court of Human Rights saying that it's their absolute right to be able to leach off taxpayers and breed like there's no tomorrow because otherwise the estate might run out of drug dealers and car thieves. Thank you.
RE: I'll swap you for a week! Good look! Of course everyone is trained to do their own job, we don't all whinge like we are the worst done to ever! If you don't like it get out...you're in the wrong job!
