I was also sat behind the dug out and could not work out why it took so long to get him on as when he finished his warm up there was a good 10 mins to go...............then he just stood in the dug-out with his red top on (not shirt) and nothing happend - very strange. Also observed Macken talking a lot and nodding his head with the head coach although never looked like coming on. I was very disappointed that Robins did not go for a radical change when it was obvious that the system we had was not working. Their goalkeeper was rarely challenged and we made them look good - he really does need some more loanees as it always says something when the home defender is man of the match! Very impressed with J Gray at the back who constantly complained to Robins that the other one (Andy) was not moving to receive his balls in the box - different wave length me thinks.

It was important to stop the home rot yesterday. Don't think any of us could have coped with a 4th straight defeat. Maybe that influenced his thinking later on and made him more cautious.
