    Pfft!

24 years of experience surely made you aware that it's the materialistic ***** they prefer? :D

    We're going to

Drumnadrochit in Scotland for our Silver Wedding Anniversary, the same place where we had our honeymoon.

    Oh no

    Just giving my opinion :D

But Crystal is a special lady, maybe she's different when it comes to materialistic gifts!

    Halloween!

... and if you know me at all, you know that I'm only kidding about the diamonds. I'm not remotely materialistic. I'd sooner just have a bit of quality time together... (but diamonds would be a reasonable alternative)!!

    :)

    She IS a special lady

    And she's not materialistic.
    Then again, I'm biased.

    I'm biased

And I can honestly say my girlfriend is materialistic :D

Have you kids been for a meal tonight to celebrate?

    I was aiming for

The higher moral ground. Which, for me, is quite unique!!! :D :D
So, NOT renewing your vows then?

    Yes

And I'm full. We've had a takeway and a bottle of wine, as Laura became a little unwell and has gone to bed.

    RE: I was aiming for

Well if that's what you did then it's fine, but I'm kind of of the opinion that Wedding vows are for life anyway - so they shouldn't need renewing (dunno) . We'll celebrate in our own way I'm sure ....

I'd sooner have a big bash with family & friends - (which incidentally is next years project!)
