    Jimbo always gives his all effort wise but his final ball and the end product are awful.To make any progress in this league the quality has to be substantially better

    Absolutely trying hard and running around good qualities but not quality.

    No he played the way he always does lots of effort little or no quality. Tompole in 4 minutes induced 2 fouls in offensive areas and got in the box to miss a sitter. I would never disrespect a JOB but he has very rarely added anything offensively to he team. Few assists and fewer goals picking him a backwards step.

    I agree in part neither is good enough. RNL a better bet. I brien gas had his decent half a game for the season so fruitless to play him again. Stats show 1.5 goals and 2 assists a year.

    I have to say I think I've seen every game JOB has played for him and I respect him thoroughly as a professional and a league lower or back up in Scotland he would be a star. Sadly he is not quite good enough to affect games at championship level in an offensive sense. In 100 plus games I'd say in 4 maybe 5 he has done so.
