With all due respect, Farnham, I think that playing at Wembley Stadium is a bigger occasion than the Play-Offs at the Millennium Stadium.
there might not even be 7% for general sale it is quite possible that we sell out way before that. 3,000 for centenary, 28,000 for season ticket holders (possibly) thats 1,000 more than the allocation already.
It will sell out, much easier to get down to London than Cardiff.. and last time at the twin towers we had 35,000+.
RE: If you are worried and a non ST holder with no mates Two words - Colchester stubs. Whether we sell out or not is irrelevant. Don Rowing might as well just ask me to come along to the box-office and piss on me directly.
another PR disaster 1. season ticket holders 2. season ticket holders 3 mates 3. centenary holders 4. PAYG fans with stubs...
Oh we'll sell out They'll be about 10,000 barnsley fans, 20,000 hangers on and lots of pissed off people like me watching on telly.
RE: If you are worried and a non ST holder with no mates i think it fine this time, i can go tomorrow and know im gonna get 2 of the 4, the kids cant make it to midweekers, n half the time i struggle to! and my STH mate can get me the other 2 at the same time. its more about getting 4 of the price i can afford all together for me,
Cardiif waiting till Thursday after going to Wembley to finalise details. http://www.cardiffcityfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10335~1260823,00.html
West Brom nowt so far.
Portsmouth Friday.

RE: Hold on a minute Fundamental problem is the club at the start of the season didnt plan a loyalty scheme, some system where production of 10 ticket stubs got you 2 tickets and 5 got you one would be the obvious plan trouble is its hard to introduce that mid season. quite a few part time fans wont go unless they can sit with their mates so selling 4 per ST holder makes sense from the point of view of maximising ticket sales. If we are going to struggle to shift 30 000 tickets that is probably the best way to get maximum sales as a lot of ST holders will take up to 3 family /friends m,any of who wont go if they cant sit together ( I am sure that quite a lot wont though) The club need to decide if we will sell all the tickets - it seems they have their doubts (not that their track record of predicting is great) so have gone for the option to maximise sales. I think this time they may be right 3rd time lucky and all that Time will tell
RE: Hold on a minute A loyalty scheme would be the answer, but in the meantime, it should have been 2 per ST holder for a limited time, then if the ST holder wanted to take additional friends etc, then they just wait until general sale and queue with said friends for however many tickets they need to sit together.
RE: Hold on a minute I hope the friends and family enjoy the game, it's a crying shame that people who've been to plenty of games this season are once more down the pecking order and may miss out. Still aslong as they sell out they won't care who gets the tickets.
Very unlikely all season ticket holders will take 4 each. I know 6 season ticket holders that will only take 12 tickets in total at the max.
RE: Very unlikely all season ticket holders will take 4 each. You may be correct but....Liverpool? Chelsea? Folk said exactly the same sort of thing.
