442 with Jalo on the wing

He hasn't started a single League One game, so I don't think it's easy to assess him at the moment. Bobby Hassell and others at the club, who have seen him a lot, do have a very high opinion of him though. I'd like to see him start half a dozen games or so. It's only then that we will be able to form a good view of how ready he is for the first team.
