    Yeah it had its appeal with it being a straight knock out format.
    But introducing Prem u21 teams and the 1st Round Group stages, was/is ridiculous.
    And remember when the Lg Cup used to have more appeal, it was a rare chance of getting to Wembley, before the Play offs killed off its popularity.
