    Try and explain to me about the fact that the 'pub' culture is to blame. The govt actively encouraged restaurants--bars to be jam packed when they subsidised 50% of the cost of meals therefore the eateries were full to busting every night. How come the retail sector isn't mentioned and you don't have to track and trace/sign into shops, supermarkets etc ?!? It's all ballax!
