Can't believe some folk were panicking after Sunday. Just look at the achievement, it's unreal. We've still got 9 points to play for (should we want to).
It would be nice to pick up a bit of momentum now, similar to half a dozen games back. There was more flow to the Huddersfield performance. Bournemouth are on fire but they have big expectation to carry. We're exceeding all expectations!
We've only lost 2 games in the last 18, 40 points. VI's teams are averaging almost 2 points per game since he took over last October. I call that momentum
Its good fun to read back threads like this the happy optimists can almost sit there with smug grins on their faces I think one more win will definitely be enough and we may already have enough points but you never know funny things happen and Reading winning 3 on the bounce though unlikely isnt impossible. Also look at what happened to Forest last season they were almost certainly in the playoffs so until its Mathematically impossible for Reading to catch us I wont relax
I suspect we will be doing zoom Q&As on a multitude of subjects to a much wider audience by the end of the season mate
I know what you mean mate, although it's results that count at the business end of the season and we've got momentum that's all I was trying to say
For all the talk of their form, I'm still very surprised that Reading have only got 2 points from their last 2 games. Cardiff have been awful recently, including a 5-0 thumping at Wednesday, and for 80 mins against us, Luton showed exactly what it meant to be "on the beach" Mathematically 4 points will do it, but am hoping we win on Saturday and Reading / Swansea draw on Sunday.
Yeah, important that we win on Saturday, so Swansea and Reading can start to be worried about finishing above each other, rather than us.
