7,500 Dee-Dahs

If a local derby over the Christmas period cant fill Oakwell then I don't know what can!!!

The worrying thing is, Wednesday prob could have sold another 5'000 tickets for this game!

I wonder if we could have just given them another few 100 and made sure our bit of west stand was all pushed towards the ponty and a gap was left in the middle!!

Could be worth thinking in future (if we stay in this league/start doing better) to make the west stand non season ticket and people just pay on the day/buy in advance once the east and ponty is sold out. This way there is more flexibility using the west and the north!! Only problem is some people might like there own seat in the west which is fair enough! Would at least fill up the east and ponty more though and it looks better on tv as the camera's are from the west stand.

I would like to see these 2 stands full every week, we could always then split the north stand if it's not a big away following and just leave the west closed!! The north looks daft most games being 1/4 full if that!!
