There are 3 of us & we vary from 5" 5 to 6ft 2" & sit on the 2nd row down, no problem with leg room what so ever , we are not far from the dug outs & there is absolutely nothing obstructing our view & having sat in the other stands ( all of them including when they were standing areas ) & the angle we are looking at the pitch is perfect , I will also add it is a lot warmer than the east , rarely does the wind blow inwards & the other stands protect us from the weather, incidentally there are no stanchions in front of us. I am no architect but I feel sure in todays world a new roof could be designed that extends over the open seats , new toilets & refreshment bars should not be an obstacle , I know this when we were shunted over to the east stand it was horrendous , we could not see down the touchline , it was cold & the viewing angle from where we were put near the corner flag was shocking , but what really pees me off that people who slag the west stand off are the ones that do not sit in it , if you dont like it thats fine but for goodness sake stop moaning about it, we would all welcome a new stand but to talk of bulldozing it without have replacement plans is plain stupid & finally I would have been asked less questions if I had been on Mastermind lol , my brain hurts !!
