I reckon Berry has made the biggest step in terms of coming from Cambs to L1. I watched him closely yesterday and the first time he game a ball away or lost possession was around the 80th min. I think he is getting better and will adjust. I also think when he gets used to playing wide and not drifting infield his role compliments Brown well. It allows Brown to defend without being overloaded and play short and long balls down the channel. Browns passes / crosses for the first two goals were first class. I like the way he steps into midfield when in possession, but only at chosen times not willy nilly. He just needs to add consistency to his game.

I was aiming my comments at you mate, just expanding the debate to include comments made about the same player yesterday. I think your argument is more reasonable and worthy than 'he's **** and he keeps costing us goals'.

The standard of crossing has improved greatly from last season, no more powder puff balls that hang in the air. Shooting much improved also.

I said exactly that to my dad at the game. We have in Jennings and Hourihane 2 of the best strikers of the ball we have had in many years Dudgeon and Brown both put in excellent crosses and the other players seem to be putting decent crosses in as well. Strikers actually in the box instead of on the wing providing the cross is quite a good idea too and both Brown and in particular Dudgeon can launch throwins well into the box. Nice to be positive for a change

I thought he had a good game yesterday. Better than the Crawley game when he still looked Ok and much better than the Coventry game when he was poor. I think he could develop to be a pretty good right back myself. And he can put in a great cross, the delivery for Winnalls goal was superb. As we have Bree as well I think we are OK for right back. Higher priority is secure the services of Dudgeon for a lot longer

Looks clear to me... I am with the majority... Brown/Dudg IMHO are the best full back pairing we have had for some considerable years... both solid defensively and in attack, confortable in the ball (both feet), they can tackle and like to get forward and can cross...?

So I cannot understand why anyone in their right mind would want to change it!?

And IMO Mclaughlin was a better attacker than full back... if we were lucky enough to bring him back, I would like to see him play in more advanced role down the right...

Cole can also play wide, so i feel priority with be Target man... I still think Michael Smith a Swindon would fit the bill... he's 6 ft 4, scored 10 in 22 starts and 22y/o...

Think football has changed and full backs are more attacking now - never was allowed to cross the half way line when I was a kid

Brown & Dudgeon are decent, there's no doubt about that but let's not get carried away, they're nowhere near as good as the duo of Stones & Golbourne, now that was a quality pair of full backs, at championship level as well

Stones isn't a full back for me

One of the last of our moustachioed greats. When I first started going there were loads of taches in the team - Joyce, Clive Baker, Mick Clarke, John Beresford. Even Steve Agnew sported a moustache for a bit, which was absolute comedy due to his bald head, 15 year old face and bumfluff combo. Probably our last really great player with a tache was Gary Fleming. Since then I don't remember any at all (taches combined with beards, movember, and Bruce Dyer don't count)

Edit - How the **** could I forget about David Currie!??!?!
