    I suppose it depends what kind of job you're applying for. If its not too highly contested, then they may base it more on personality. However, if its a top job in london, if they saw a 3rd or below for your degree it would go straight in the bin. It's horses for courses and all that.

    Good point. Counter assistant at Jump Post Offic and a pisspoor Journalism degree may well swing it..........
