    Re: Limited standing

Don't get me wrong mate I would love to have a terracing area. I would definitely be in there as I am sure that is where all the noise would come from, and I like to have a sing at the games. I can see the problems it might bring though.

How do Mr Kaht...........what are these people on wanting to bring back standing......................... standing has had it's day......was a better atmosphere granted but clearly the grounds were not safe when full.

There is no debate really....standing should NEVER return in thereev's opinion..... and we all know the thereev knows best!!

    agree with you here

it would not take much either to put a roof on it which would help accoustically. But you would perhaps have to fence it off or the Ponty would suddenly fill it in the last 5 - 10 mins

    Good evening, Thereev!

Good to see there are some enlightened folk on here!

Anyrooad, if my four year stint as a ST holder in ESL has taught me anything, its that most fooak in theer aren't up to standing!

So it would be a good way to further decrease our crowds, along with retaining the 30 quid a game policy and not finding a club to loan McEveley to! :)

another thing it would be good to have standing areas is that in the remaining seating areas no standing should be allowed, then when i take my grandkids to match i'm not gonna be sat at back of some ignorant fans who wants to stand regardless who's at back of em.
