Since Madeleine's body has not been found they would have a hard time in finding,as an example,samples of her blood to plant in the McCann's car. UK forensic teams would be able to determine how that blood got there, where it came fromand if it was transferred by other means.</p>

Forensic testing can show up a lot of information about when and where DNA samples were taken from and indeed how old they are. If we play along with the conspiracy theory that the Portuguese police are trying to set them up, the DNA results would show some form of tamperingand given how useless some think the Portuguese police are I doubt they could be trusted to get that right. </p>

Surely the British labs that tested the samples would refuse to analyse them in the first place?

I'm well aware of what forensic tests can show and I'm also aware that time and location of sampling can be fiddled. Without proof of these two factors any evidence is unreliable. But my guess is that they'll **** this up as well be caught tampering.</p>

As far as &quot;conspiracy theories&quot; goI think it's far morebelieveable that these incompetent tossers are trying to pull a fast one than that the McCanns murdered their child and concealed her body in hardly any time at all and without anyone seeing them and then hung around for weeks to get caught.</p>

IF it was tampered with they might not know until after they'd tested it. The samples won't JUST be samples, (eg. like a drop of blood)they will carry with them other pieces of information about where they were taken from - like a carpet or clothing for instance. </p>

As I said, Madeleine's body, sadly, hasn;t been found. This makes tampering slightly more difficult to do!</p>
