Cauley is a decent player. I don't think he's lazy or uncommitted. His form over the last couple of years has been well below what it was previously though and let's get one thing straight.....if he had produced that same form at any other club in this country he'd be under pressure from fans to improve.
He has to improve here, whether he's top scorer or not. If he continues to play every game with the goal return he currently has we're getting relegated. That won't be his fault alone but neither will it make him exempt from his share of the blame.

 

Woodrow has been turned into a deep playing false 9 by our last few coaches. The issue with this is he’s not very good at passing the ball or tackling and is not that quick. What he WAS good at was scoring goals as a striker. He may have been doing as he’s told position wise and so I have sympathy for him, given we’ve had 8 shots on goal since New guy took over I am puzzled why we have persisted with playing him deep when he’s just not that good a footballer.
