Should you wish to subscribe, a copy of the relevant proforma is attahced which you should complete and return to The Football League Operations Centre, Edward VII Quay, Navigation Way, Preston PR2 2YF, together with the appropriate remittance.

    that is a lie. the fa knows that referees train with clubs, they have told me so before in an email when i asked about the ref at barnsley.

    That's a load of ballacks. There's a ref that trains down at Oakwell quite often. He even had a go on Sky's crossbar challenge when they were down at Oakwell.
